Job description
For our next AAA projects in particular and within the Kernel team in charge, within our R&D, of "low level" functionalities (memory management, multithreading, file system, network ...) but also of mid modules level "(such as GUI, sound, video, etc.):
- You will ensure the monitoring of one or more modules as main mission the development of the network engine of the game.
- Provide integration and support for the replication layer of the game.
- Control and optimize the bandwidth.
- Develop monitoring tools in order to develop the network functionalities of an AAA game.

Required skills
- Degree in Computer Science (engineering school, IUT, or similar training)
- 4 years of experience in video game development
- Very strong skills in code architecture
- Perfect mastery of C ++
- Knowledge in the Online areas
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (network architectures, distributed models, protocols), real-time systems
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
Pluses
- Familiar with TCP and UDP protocols
- Previous experience in prediction issues
- Knowledge of client/server programming and p2p
